Intermediate Course
Political English for Diplomacy and International Relations Course for Intermediate Learners.

Course overview
The Intermediate Political English Course is ideal for learners who already have a solid foundation and want to advance their skills in Political English for International Relations and Diplomacy. In this course, students will develop all four core skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking through real-world political content.
The 6-module Intermediate Political English course includes:
- 6 lessons on the Perfect Tenses
- 6 lessons on the Conditional Tenses
- 6 lessons on additional grammar concepts used in political contexts
- 18 video and article analysis lessons
Each grammar lesson goes beyond theory. Students learn why and how grammar is used in Political English, with clear explanations and authentic examples. This approach shows our students why grammar is used in Political English, not just how.
Our video and article analysis lessons help students practise all four language skills. Learners will watch videos or read news articles to develop listening and reading skills, build vocabulary and express their own opinions using political language.
Each lesson concludes with an independent writing task, allowing students to apply what they have learned and strengthen their writing skills.
Students who want to improve their spoken Political English can join live group classes through our Silver and Gold memberships. These sessions allow learners to:
- Discuss political topics with a tutor
- Practise speaking in a guided environment
- Build confidence using political language in real conversations
This course is ideal for busy learners who want to advance their English for international relations and diplomacy.
