Nos cours

Nos cours suivent la norme internationale d'enseignement des langues - le cadre du CECR - tout en mettant l'accent sur l'anglais politique pour la diplomatie et les relations internationales. Cela signifie que notre cours pour débutants convient aux niveaux A1-A2, que le cours intermédiaire convient aux niveaux B1-B2 et que le cours avancé convient aux niveaux C1+.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of:

  • Online courses delivered via Teachable
  • 1:1 and group teaching sessions delivered in person or online

By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

A. Online Courses
Courses are delivered digitally via Teachable following successful payment.

B. 1:1 and Group Teaching
We provide private teaching sessions either:

  • In person at an agreed location
  • Online via video conferencing

Session details, timing, and format will be agreed in advance.

3. Payments

A. Online Courses
Payments are processed securely via Teachable and its payment providers.

B. 1:1 and Group Teaching
Payments may be made via Wise or other agreed method.

Full payment must be received before sessions commence unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling (1:1 and Group Sessions)

Clients must provide at least [24] notice to reschedule a session.

Late cancellations may be charged in full.

If we need to cancel a session, an alternative date will be offered or a refund provided.

5. Refunds

Digital Courses:
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except as required under UK consumer law.

1:1 and Group Teaching:
Refunds for prepaid sessions may be issued at our discretion or where required by law.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, session content, resources, and teaching materials remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, record, or share materials without written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Attend sessions on time
  • Participate respectfully
  • Not record sessions without permission

8. Disclaimer

Educational services are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
